REPAIRS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

All notifications must be made within 14 days of receipt. Grace Han reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the requirements outlined in our Terms of Service.

Grace Han also reserves the right to reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the Goods, which has been caused by the way in which you have handled them.

Refunds can only be made to the Debit or Credit card used in the original purchase.

SHIPPING OF RETURNS

With the exception of faulty, damaged or defective goods, Grace Han is unable to cover the cost of returns. The customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
